In this user guide, you'll learn how to use your device effectively to maximize its benefits. Follow these simple steps for optimal comfort and complete relaxation.

Step 1: Preparation before use
Before you begin, prepare your device and the area to be treated:
- Make sure your device is charged or connected to a power source.
- Apply massage oil or moisturizer to the area you wish to treat. This will help the device glide smoothly and maximize the suction effect.
- Choose a comfortable surface to sit on, such as a sofa or chair, so you can relax while using it.
Adjust the intensity of the device to your comfort level. If you are a beginner, start with the lowest intensity.
Step 2: Adjusting and Using the Massage Cup
Before placing the suction cup on your skin, here are the adjustments to make for optimal comfort:

Turn on the device:
Long press the power button (center) until the device turns on. - Heat suction adjustment:
The device has two separate buttons for settings:

- Right Button: Controls suction. You can adjust the suction intensity to 12 levels. Start with a low intensity (level 1 or 2) if you're a beginner, and gradually increase according to your comfort.
- Left Button: Controls heat. As with suction, the heat can be adjusted to 12 levels. Start with a low setting for a relaxing effect without discomfort, then adjust to your preference. The gentle heat helps relax muscles and improve the effectiveness of the massage.
Operating modes:
- Normal mode (1 line on the screen): For a standard massage and deep stimulation.
- Slide mode (2 lines on the screen): For slower movements, especially recommended for treating cellulite and promoting circulation.
Press the power button again to cycle through the modes. You will see 1 or 2 lines appear on the screen, indicating normal or slide mode respectively.

Test on a small area:
Before applying the device to a larger area, test on a small area of your skin first to adjust the suction intensity and heat to your liking. -
Apply the suction cup:
Gently place the suction cup on the area to be treated (back, thighs, stomach, arms, etc.), ensuring that it is in good contact with the skin. The suction may be surprising at first, but this is completely normal. If the intensity seems too strong, adjust it immediately.
Reminder: Start with 2-3 minutes per area and gradually increase as your skin adapts. Never exceed 20 minutes per area . If discomfort occurs, adjust the intensity or mode.
Step 3: Safely Remove the Suction Cup

Decompress the Suction Cup:
Before removing the suction cup from your skin, press the pressure release button at the top of the device. This gently releases the suction. Once the suction is released, you can easily remove the suction cup from your skin. -
Remove the Suction Cup:
After releasing the suction, gently remove the cup from your skin. If the suction persists slightly, don't worry; this is completely normal. You can also gently lift the edges of the cup to make it easier to remove. -
Turn off the device:
Once the suction cup is removed, press and hold the power button for a few seconds until the device turns off.
